I am very pleased with the dip kit. The details are a little mis-leading though. It states that the kit will coat 3-400 matches, that would be each batch of pyrogen made from the kit. I figure that with one kit I can easily coat about 3000 e-matches, probably more. The kit suggest making 10g batches at a time. My first was a 4g batch which coated 150 matches with half the slurry as waste when done. Be careful with the NC and do not exceed about 10% in your slurry, thin with acetone as needed. Even a paint thin coating will ignite visco/quickmatch easily.
