These tubes are grate. I found I can press whistle mix into them with a 1 ton arbor press and make little whistles to attach on my fountains. Go easy as you can burst the tubes. I did it by feel and have had no CATOS. Rich Wolter made the tooling for under $30.oo and it was perfect. He uses Pyrocreations 1/4" tubes for a guide for his 1/4" tools. You can wrap some reinforced packing tape around the tube to help for pressing if you want.NEVER HAND RAM WHISTLE MIX. PRESS ONLY. NO JOKE. I plan to try them on wheels etc, Have fun and be safe. These little tubes are very useful. I have mostly used them for passfire tubes in 4" and 6" shells. They are also quite useful to make go-getters. Your imagination is the limit to the use for the inexpensive sturdy little tubes!
